GynZone - Perineal Repair

GynZone is a comprehensive e-learning programme that employs the use of video, audio and animation to demonstrate how lacerations after vaginal delivery can be diagnosed, anaesthetised and sutured.

The need for the module was identified through member consultations at regional meetings and a continuing education needs assessment that was sent out to practices in Winter, 2011.

This module is recommended for all midwives and midwifery students. It will take about four hours to complete, and can be completed in as many visits as you like.
