Midwifery Online Resources

This directory of online resources is intended to help members increase their awareness, engagement, knowledge, and skills.

The AOM strives to keep this information as relevant and current as possible. We encourage members to provide input on the resources listed on this page. Please contribute ideas using the form at the bottom of this page.

External resources that are clinical in nature are selected based on their rigour of development (use of high-quality scientific evidence, transparent sponsorship policies) and relevance to the scope and philosophy of midwifery care in Ontario. Other links (e.g. blogs and personal websites, links to organizations) are provided primarily for members’ interest.

The AOM assumes no responsibility for the content of any external resource. When you leave this site by clicking on a link, the policies of the site you are visiting apply and the AOM assumes no responsibility for the content or operation of that site.

For a description of each resource below, hover your cursor on the resource listed. Click on the resource to open it in a new tab of your browser.

We welcome your feedback and ideas.  Are there any topics you would like to see more (or less) of in the resource list above?  Can you think of any helpful resources to share? Please submit your suggestions using the form below.
