Space is limited, so register early. A confirmation e-mail will be sent upon receipt of application.

Waiting List

Refunds
All refunds will be subject to a $15 administrative fee. Registration fees are refundable only if a cancellation request is made 14 days or more prior to the event date. Refund requests made less than 14 days prior to the event date and for "no shows" will only be considered under exceptional circumstances (not births).

Cancellation
Please note that the Association of Ontario Midwives reserves the right to cancel the workshop due to insufficient registrations, three weeks prior to the course, in which case registrants will be duly notified.
